Doesn't This Usually Go the Other Way?
I actually enjoy putting IKEA closets together. With a cordless drill it all goes together so fast, and all of the shelves and drawers are easy to put in. This is one day worth of effort
I think everything speaks pretty well for itself here. All in, $1,500 and we can change whatever about it we need to sometime later.
Another quick change we decided on this month was to go with clear globe pendent lights for the vanity instead of more of the same recessed ones that were being used in so many of the other parts of the house. Recessed lighting would have been too directional and these will look a lot better.
Did Someone Say Hurricane Season?
What's October without yet another named storm coming through? This time a few people actually started to put stuff up on their windows. I had plywood, I sort of cover windows too. And draw things on them because why not?
After all this mess I'm focusing on the shower. The end of the project may start to come in view sometime soon...
